Welcome to Pixis Prism! This guide will walk you through the onboarding process, helping you connect your Facebook account and Slack workspace to start leveraging AI-powered insights for your marketing efforts.

Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Account

To begin, you'll need to connect your Facebook account to Prism. This allows Prism to access your Facebook Ads data and provide tailored insights and recommendations. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Pixis Prism account.
  2. Navigate to the 'Settings' page and click on the 'Integrations' tab.
  3. Under 'Facebook Integration', click the 'Connect' button.
  4. You will be redirected to Facebook's login page. Log in to your Facebook account and grant Prism the necessary permissions.
  5. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Prism, and your Facebook account will be successfully connected.

Step 2: Connect Your Slack Workspace

Next, connect your Slack workspace to receive Prism's insights and recommendations directly in your Slack channels. Follow these steps:

  1. In the 'Integrations' tab of the 'Settings' page, locate the 'Slack Integration' section.
  2. Click the 'Connect' button. You will be redirected to Slack's authorization page.
  3. Select the Slack workspace you want to connect and click 'Allow' to grant Prism access to your workspace.
  4. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Prism, and your Slack workspace will be successfully connected.
  5. Choose the Slack channel where you want to receive Prism's notifications and click 'Save'.

Step 3: Configure Your Preferences

After connecting your accounts, take a moment to configure your preferences to tailor Prism to your needs:

  1. In the 'Settings' page, navigate to the 'Preferences' tab.
  2. Specify your preferred notification frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) for receiving insights and recommendations.
  3. Select the metrics you want to prioritize in your insights (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition).
  4. Choose the campaigns or ad sets you want Prism to focus on, or leave it as 'All' to include all your campaigns.
  5. Click 'Save Preferences' to apply your settings.

Step 4: Explore Prism's Features

With the onboarding process complete, you're ready to dive into Prism's features:

  • Interact: Ask questions and get instant insights about your marketing data using natural language.
  • Insights: View auto-generated weekly or monthly insights based on your marketing performance.
  • AI Groups: Create AI-powered optimization groups for your campaigns, setting target KPIs and goals.
  • Actions: Receive actionable recommendations for each AI Group across Bid, Budget, Creative Rotation, and Targeting.
  • Reporting: Access customizable dashboards and reports for a quick overview of your marketing performance.
