Pixis Prism's Insights feature automatically generates weekly or monthly insights based on your marketing performance data. These insights highlight key trends, anomalies, and opportunities, helping you make data-driven decisions and optimize your marketing strategies.

Accessing Insights

  1. Log in to your Pixis Prism account.
  2. Navigate to the 'Insights' page from the main menu.
  3. You will see a list of your generated insights, sorted by date.

Insight Types

Prism generates various types of insights, including:

  • Performance Trends: Identifies significant changes in key metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, or cost per acquisition over time.

    • Example: "Your click-through rate for Campaign A has increased by 25% over the last 7 days compared to the previous week."
  • Anomaly Detection: Highlights unusual patterns or outliers in your data that may require attention.

    • Example: "Ad Set B experienced a sudden drop in conversions on May 15th, deviating significantly from its average performance."
  • Opportunity Spotting: Identifies areas of potential improvement or growth based on your data.

    • Example: "Targeting Audience C has shown a high engagement rate but a relatively low budget allocation. Consider increasing the budget for this audience to capitalize on its potential."
  • Best Practices: Provides recommendations based on industry best practices and benchmarks.

    • Example: "The average frequency for Ad Set D is 5.2, which is higher than the recommended range of 2-3. Consider adjusting your targeting or creative rotation to avoid ad fatigue."

Insight Details

When you click on an insight from the list, you'll be taken to a detailed view that includes:

  • A description of the insight and its potential impact on your marketing performance.
  • Supporting data and visualizations, such as charts or graphs, to illustrate the insight.
  • Actionable recommendations on how to address the insight or leverage the opportunity.
  • Related insights or previous occurrences of similar patterns, if available.

You can also save insights, share them with your team via Slack, or export them as PDF reports from the detailed view.

Customizing Insight Settings

You can customize your insight settings to tailor them to your specific needs:

  1. Go to the 'Settings' page and navigate to the 'Insights' tab.
  2. Choose the frequency at which you want to receive insights (weekly or monthly).
  3. Select the specific campaigns, ad sets, or ads you want to include in your insights. By default, all your marketing assets are included.
  4. Set up email notifications to receive a summary of your insights directly in your inbox.
  5. Click 'Save Settings' to apply your changes.

To make the most of Prism's Insights feature, consider the following best practices:

  • Regularly review your insights to stay on top of your marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
